heyos(: just now i had my common test. sian lurh. science, home economics and geography. all memory exams on the same day.. tiring mann. yeah, science okay la. but home econs arh, like not enough time. i rush like wat seyh then end up i write anyhow . hahah.(: and then when i took the geog test, ryt, dono wat to say redi lahs. i spend so many time on the one mark and two marks qs on the map reading. end up no time for the 3 and 4 marks qs. so i rushed and some questions i write anyhow lurh. saded. i left only 5 minutes for two 3 marks questions. stupid seh. hheh. k laa . my fault also. nevermine. next time can do better. but right, scared i fail)::

The Different Types of Stress
There are four main types of stress that people experience.
Eustress
Eustress is a type of short-term stress that provides immediate strength. Eustress arises at points of increased physical activity, enthusiasm, and creativity. Eustress is a positive stress that arises when motivation and inspiration are needed. A gymnast experiences eustress before a competition.
Distress
Distress is a negative stress brought about by constant readjustments or alterations in a routine. Distress creates feelings of discomfort and unfamiliarity. There are two types of distress. Acute stress is an intense stress that arrives and disappears quickly. Chronic stress is a prolonged stress that exists for weeks, months, or even years. Someone who is constantly relocating or changing jobs may experience distress.
Hyperstress
Hyperstress occurs when an individual is pushed beyond what he or she can handle. Hyperstress results from being overloaded or overworked. When someone is hyperstressed, even little things can trigger a strong emotional response. A Wall Street trader is likely to experience hyperstress.
Hypostress
Hypostress is the opposite of hyperstress. Hypostress occurs when an individual is bored or unchallenged. People who experience hypostress are often restless and uninspired. A factory worker who performs repetitive tasks might experience hypostress.

Acute Stress
Acute stress is the most common form of stress. It comes from demands and pressures of the recent past and anticipated demands and pressures of the near future. Acute stress is thrilling and exciting in small doses, but too much is exhausting. A fast run down a challenging ski slope, for example, is exhilarating early in the day. That same ski run late in the day is taxing and wearing. Skiing beyond your limits can lead to falls and broken bones. By the same token, overdoing on short-term stress can lead to psychological distress, tension headaches, upset stomach, and other symptoms.
Fortunately, acute stress symptoms are recognized by most people. It’s a laundry list of what has gone awry in their lives: the auto accident that crumpled the car fender, the loss of an important contract, a deadline they're rushing to meet, their child's occasional problems at school, and so on.
Because it is short term, acute stress doesn't have enough time to do the extensive damage associated with long-term stress. The most common symptoms are:
emotional distress--some combination of anger or irritability, anxiety, and depression, the three stress emotions;
muscular problems including tension headache, back pain, jaw pain, and the muscular tensions that lead to pulled muscles and tendon and ligament problems;
stomach, gut and bowel problems such as heartburn, acid stomach, flatulence, diarrhoea, constipation, and irritable bowel syndrome;
Transient over arousal leads to elevation in blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, sweaty palms, heart palpitations, dizziness, migraine headaches, cold hands or feet, shortness of breath, and chest pain.
Acute stress can crop up in anyone's life, and it is highly treatable and manageable.
Episodic Acute Stress
There are those, however, who suffer acute stress frequently, whose lives are so disordered that they are studies in chaos and crisis. They're always in a rush, but always late. If something can go wrong, it does. They take on too much, have too many irons in the fire, and can't organize the slew of self-inflicted demands and pressures clamouring for their attention. They seem perpetually in the clutches of acute stress.
It is common for people with acute stress reactions to be over aroused, short-tempered, irritable, anxious, and tense. Often, they describe themselves as having "a lot of nervous energy." Always in a hurry, they tend to be abrupt, and sometimes their irritability comes across as hostility. Interpersonal relationships deteriorate rapidly when others respond with real hostility. The work becomes a very stressful place for them.
The cardiac prone, "Type A" personality described by cardiologists, Meter Friedman and Ray Rosenman, is similar to an extreme case of episodic acute stress. Type A's have an "excessive competitive drive, aggressiveness, impatience, and a harrying sense of time urgency." In addition there is a "free-floating, but well-rationalized form of hostility, and almost always a deep-seated insecurity." Such personality characteristics would seem to create frequent episodes of acute stress for the Type A individual. Friedman and Rosenman found Type A's to be much more likely to develop coronary heat disease than Type B's, who show an opposite pattern of behaviour.
Another form of episodic acute stress comes from ceaseless worry. "Worry warts" see disaster around every corner and pessimistically forecast catastrophe in every situation. The world is a dangerous, unrewarding, punitive place where something awful is always about to happen. These "awfulizers" also tend to be over aroused and tense, but are more anxious and depressed than angry and hostile.
The symptoms of episodic acute stress are the symptoms of extended over arousal: persistent tension headaches, migraines, hypertension, chest pain, and heart disease. Treating episodic acute stress requires intervention on a number of levels, generally requiring professional help, which may take many months.
Often, lifestyle and personality issues are so ingrained and habitual with these individuals that they see nothing wrong with the way they conduct their lives. They blame their woes on other people and external events. Frequently, they see their lifestyle, their patterns of interacting with others, and their ways of perceiving the world as part and parcel of who and what they are.
Sufferers can be fiercely resistant to change. Only the promise of relief from pain and discomfort of their symptoms can keep them in treatment and on track in their recovery program.
Chronic Stress
While acute stress can be thrilling and exciting, chronic stress is not. This is the grinding stress that wears people away day after day, year after year. Chronic stress destroys bodies, minds and lives. It wreaks havoc through long-term attrition. It's the stress of poverty, of dysfunctional families, of being trapped in an unhappy marriage or in a despised job or career. It's the stress that the never-ending "troubles" have brought to the people of Northern Ireland, the tensions of the Middle East have brought to the Arab and Jew, and the endless ethnic rivalries that have been brought to the people of Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
Chronic stress comes when a person never sees a way out of a miserable situation. It's the stress of unrelenting demands and pressures for seemingly interminable periods of time. With no hope, the individual gives up searching for solutions.
Some chronic stresses stem from traumatic, early childhood experiences that become internalized and remain forever painful and present. Some experiences profoundly affect personality. A view of the world, or a belief system, is created that causes unending stress for the individual (e.g., the world is a threatening place, people will find out you are a pretender, you must be perfect at all times). When personality or deep-seated convictions and beliefs must be reformulated, recovery requires active self-examination, often with professional help.
The worst aspect of chronic stress is that people get used to it. They forget it's there. People are immediately aware of acute stress because it is new; they ignore chronic stress because it is old, familiar, and sometimes, almost comfortable.
Chronic stress kills through suicide, violence, heart attack, stroke, and, perhaps, even cancer. People wear down to a final, fatal breakdown. Because physical and mental resources are depleted through long-term attrition, the symptoms of chronic stress are difficult to treat and may require extended medical as well as behavioural treatment and stress management.

Stress will have a great impact on an individual's energy level. Stress types are listed below with a brief description attached to help differentiate between the different types of stress.
Acute Stress - Coming to a crisis quickly. These are short spontaneous reactions rather than extended and prolonged reactions.
Chronic Stress - Continuing for a long period, constant and persistent causing alterations to the body’s biochemical makeup.
Panic Disorder - A sudden, unreasonable, overpowering fear. Occurs abruptly and may last from minutes to hours.
Agoraphobia - Fear of being in public arenas. This stress is caused by the individual’s fear of having a panic attack in the presence of large groups of people and the embarrassment that this reaction would cause the sufferer.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder - Advanced Acute Stress Disorder lasting for periods over one month when the symptoms are sever enough to interfere with normal activities which may consist of home confinement.
Childhood separation anxiety or Adult separation anxiety - stems from a psychological condition causing excessive fear and anxiety of separation, loss, or feeling abandoned by a close loved one to whom the individual has a strong emotional attachment that contributes to ones sense of safety, security and companionship.
Social Anxiety Disorder - Caused by stress induced when placed in a situation where interaction with the public is inevitable. The individual fears being publicly judged with a disapproving and harsh analysis.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder - This anxiety is caused by unremitting worry. There may not be any specific issue or event causing the worry. The individual suffers from apprehension and fear but cannot distinguish the source.
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder - Ones’ mind is constantly occupied or troubled to an excessive degree. This individual has many reoccurring persistent ideas or feelings that are hard to control on their part. This can cause compulsive actions that are irrational but uncontrollable contributing to a neurotic behavior when they become fixated on an object or thought.
-This is a stress caused by an exaggerated fear of a particular stimulus. There are many types of phobias such as fear of heights; closed in spaces, water, animals etc. this could be any item that has a strong foundation of terror.
Acute Stress Disorder - This individual has suffered from a traumatic event that caused personal feelings of defenselessness and vulnerability, these feeling may in turn cause the person to withdraw from society or suppress thoughts of the fearful memories of the event.

Discovering what stressors effect your daily life is important when you want to place balance in your life.

hellohello(:: today i had band practice in the morning. at first , i was like lazy to go arh but then right, when i reached school already, i suddenly got spirit. lol. kay so anyway, band start at 8 but i reach thr like around 0720 plus. so i was very early. i thought of going to the nearby macdonalds first co i havent eat breakfast yet but last min cancel. heh. coz i scared later i eat very long then i'll be late. yeah, then i walk around the sch until going to 8 ready. yeah, so when i went up to the band room, there were already people there. my friends la. yarh. so i went and set up my instruments. oh yea and there was a new boy, xie yu, who transfered from choir to band. woots. lol. he's damn tall. and now he's in the percussion section. i think that he's very lucky. know why? coz percussion is a very fortunate section and when he joined band, he doesnt need no wait very long for the band shirt. me and my other friends had to wait very long till today. yeargh and talking bout band shirts, just now our drum major, rebecce, asked the whole band to vote for a design that she had displayed. there was a total of four designs. everyone voted for the fourth one with the cute conductor character in the middle.
for the colours, there were a total of six choices. lime green, pink, purple, red, maroon and orange. majority of us voted for orang so it was orange with the design at the back and something else at the front? yah i think so. okay. but right, for the type right. haizzz. i dono wat to say ready. there was like three choices. dry fit, polo tee, and dry fit polo. try to imagine. i think that dry fit polo that is orange with the design at the back suits most but what do other few people choose? half of the band chose dry fit. means that its like a dryfit shirt without collars that is orange . how yucks is that.. lol. hheh. i mean like with colour looks much nicer right? if you agree with me then thks. (:: but too bad, the other band chose the yucky one and they had one more vote then the nice one. awww so sad.. i feel terrible. nvm. we can always compromise. hhahahaaaaaa.. -.-"""""
after band i went and have breakfast at mc. finally! i was starving and i craved the sausage mcmuffin with egg:D . oohh i suddenly feel hungry again. lol. kay yah so after that the whole band cleaned the band room. tiring lurh. NOT!! HAHAHAHAAA.
know why? coz i never do anything! hahahaaa lols! hhehehh... no lah . i got do la. but abit only. oh yah and im so happy that i have learnt the first half of procession to peace. for those who dont know what that is, thats a song\piece\score. yah something like dat. den went i reach home already right,which was around 12 plus, i slept till like around 3.. hheh.. then i shower lo.. then i used the laptop like what im doing now. first, i go revise my science by revising and typing out the notes. coz i lazy to write it out. yeah okay the right, i went to update my project work blog and add photos etcetc. and guess what i did after that? this la. *.* kay im talking crap now. urgh, im so hungry, havent ate since the mcmuffin just now.. *grumble* thats my stomach. kay laa i wnna go eat now kays. bye(::

hellos(:: today was like good. i had photo taking today (: i think its for the year book this year. im so excited. heee:D i cant wait to see my ugly face in there! hahahaaa.. anw, yesterday i had band practice. woots! i thought that we were going to play the new song we learnt but guess what? we did something that is like .. BORING.. -.-"" low chromatics all the wayy.. haizzz, warm up all day? how boring is that, dont you think? anyways, its for a good reason. i actually know and mesmerized and mastered my low chromatic skills already! woohoo! if you dont know what im talking about then its bcoz ure not in my cca! ahahahaa! lol. yah and the band major said that there would be a band shirt and we would have to vote for the designs that she put at the notice board. yeah. by this week. but i havent seen it yet. i hope its blue(: okeyhs, so today i almost missed the bus. heee.. yeah but when i arrived at the bus stop, 39 just came! wah lucky seh first time i on time(: but when reach the sch bus stop gonna late ready hehh.. but nvm den at least i wasnt late. yeah then today my photo taking was supposed to be from 0845 to 0900. but since the photographers were caught in a traffic jam(heee:P) so it was due later. yea then my class ended up taking photos at around 0900. yeah and that was during pe so i missed another chance of taking my napha 5 stations. oouuhh mannn.. 3 times postponed eh. but nvm. at least im not alone(: 3 more of my friends also havent taken it yet. i havent take yet coz i was sick at that time.

sick for 3 day. had fever, cough, running nose, etcetc . so i was given mc for 3 days. almost died of boredom at home): yeah so i missed napha . i took the 2.4 km run already the next week after that but there wasnt time for the five stations. yeah so it was postponed for two weeks coz of stuff like photo taking(phtkg) and etc etc . yarh then after the phtkg, there was only about thirty mins left for pe so our teacher release us early for recess. hhehh.. okay larh. yarh then just now we had ipw which is integrated(i think) project work for those who dont know. yeah but i never do anything. no lah. i did la. we did some planners then i end up having to do research on the measurements of the seat of the cinema?? wth. do the internet even out these kind of stuff there? im not sure and i dont think so also. yah so i dont know how im gonna do it. okays. went home early today. yays. slept till like six plus . woah. if youre surprised, dont. i do it almost every day. hee:D lols. then i on the laptop, did my geog project and printed it out. lols. yeah then i went facebooking and soon logged out. kay thats so unnessacary. yar okay then i thought of finally updating my blog which is what im doing right now yeah. its been dead like forever. until now la. okay. i will try to and update more kays. cause i alwyas lazy one. haaah. hellos . its been long since i posted sorry . im a busy girl now hhahahs . anw , there was band pratice yesterday . when i woke up i was like ' argh! so tired . dont want to go band uh !' so then i was forced to wake up coz i never go for practice for two days already . that's because i was damn sick . i had fever , cough , flu and sore throat . anws , during band it was kinda fun laargh . lucky i went . after band i was soo tired . more than 5 hours of band prctice!!! who wouldnt be tired right ? yeah , so i slept for like about 5 hours.. hheheh . yepp then just now in the morning, i had a bad headache . damn pain . it was so pain it reached my eyes . ?? yaa so i cant even concentrate on showering properly. anws , i told my father and he massaged my head . so pain seyh . yaa then after that i slept and woke up around .. i forget ready . nvm then . i was supposed to meet my friends for our school science project . since i was having headache i didnt go . i feel bad for not doing anything . its supposed to be a group project . my friends can do at my house coz obviously i cant go out , but they didnt want . so its her fault if i didnt do anything . i even offered to help but she never tell me anything so it was seriously not my fault . hmmpfh.. im so angry i didnt get to do anything ! aarrgghh!!!!!! anws , thats all for now! bye ! hey hos.. its been long since i posted. hhahha sori laa.. busy uh. anws, im very frustrated. thats because i forgoten my audition id and i cant log in to play. its damn frustrating not playing it for so long. its also because i didnt do so well for my malay mid year . i hate it!! i mean i love malay but i hated my marks . im supposed to be very good at malay okay. its all because of the damn letter writing thing that took away my marks. urgh!!! im so mad at myself!!! i hate myself for doing badly for malay this mid year. when it comes to the end of year exams.. im gonna improve and get high marks!! ill make sure of that alright. anw, this friday is the start of all ccas i think. my cca which is band starts this friday . im so nervous coz its been long since ive played my saxophone to be honest . anw, i'd brought home my saxophone and this friday i would have to bring it back to sch for practice . how the hell am i gonna get it up the bus when it is always so crowded!?!? you should know that every time i wanna go to school, the bus is always full until some of us had to stand at the entrance door of the bus . we cant even take a step aft that . so im very nervous of friday.. . hhahas.. anw, my fav show is starting redi so tatas(:

i just finished watching my favourite malay\indonesian series titled SUCI. damn fun and interesting and good to watch.. anyway, it's about a guy who has two wifes. both are pregnant. actually he was married to the first wife by force not by love. he married the second wife because of love. the first wife wants the second wife to suffer so she made the second wifes' life miserable and on the edge of divorce with the husband. the husband actually loves his second wife but because of misunderstandings and fights, he feels like divorcing with her. its so sad.. in one of the episodes, he threw her out of the house. so then she was forced to stay for a while at her friends' house who is a boy. then the husband thought they were dating so he went to the house to ask what was the relationship between them. when he got to the house, he immediately misunderstood . the second wife tried to explain but he wouldnt listen. before that episode, the husband slap his second wife because he thought she was dating someone else. the first wife was there too. the second wife could not tell the truth to the husband as the suffering of her friend who is the boy is actually caused by the first wife. so if she knew the truth, she would make the boys' life more miserable. thats what happened to the second wife. so the whole story is actually evovled around the second wife. about how she suffered since young without parents. anyway, if you don't get it nevermine. i just type this for th fun of it. hheheh.. haha.. im mad i noe,, i just did intensive maths. 80 algebra questions in 30 minutes non-stop. who wouldnt get mad?!?!? huh.. hahah.. anyyways, i brought home my instrument which is the saxophone. im in the concert band cca btw. yea,, so last friday i brought it home.. so now when im bored at home, instead of wasting precious time sleeping, i could play my saxophone.. and guess wat, i already learnt how to play two songs and performed it with the band mates to the band seniors. . it was so cool.. hheh.. and we learnt the chromatics also.. so hhhiiggghhhh.... hahahs.. anyways, i've read twilight, new moon and eclipse. now im at breaking dawn! its sooo cool!!! and fun reading it. ! so sorry that i've not been posting. these days, i don't really have time to blog. i've got millions of other important things to do. by the way, just now was my band's SYF at the Singapore Conference Hall. all the secondary school's band was there. and they played really nicely too. i didn't really play as i only came with my other fellow band mates to watch the seniors play.. they were really good.. its just too bad that they didn't get a gold award.. instead they got a bronze award.. they were really sad and some of them even cried.. i felt really sad for them too as they worked really hard and put in alot of efford for this SYF .. the other schools were okay too.. the school who got a gold award is Tampines Secondary School. thats my brother's school by the way.. but too bad he's not in band.. hahahs.. anyway, i think that my school band deserves another try as i think that they were nervous .. i hope that my friends and me can make them and the school proud by achieving a gold or gold in honour next two years when we are in secondary three.. i know its a very high award but we will do our best, put in lots of effort and make the school proud.. i hope that the seniors will come and see us play and give us support too. anyway, its still a long time to go.. more practices will come in the way.. all i'm saying is that i feel sad for the seniors as they didn't achieve what they wanted.. i think that you just have to work harder next time and don't repeat the same mistakes again that's all. basically, i think that they played a very nice song and i am and will always be proud of them and look up to them. okay that's all i want to say about the SYF central judging just now. i think that they should at least received a silver.. its so unfair.. anyways, after the competition, i went shopping with my mum. first, we went to Swenen's to eat. it's just soo delicious. then we went to the Times bookstore.. i got my mum to buy me the whole twilight series which includes new moon, eclipse, breaking dawn and twilight itself. . i didn't know that she would really buy it for me! i was so happy that she did and is very grateful to her. finally i will have something to read and not be bored to death at home. i'm an avid reader by the way, so i love to read and reading is my hobby. if i have no books to read, i would feel really bored and lonely.. hahah.. :P
anyways, just saying that today is a very fun and exciting day for me.. (: hope to have more of this kind of days. XP

th subjects are english, maths, malay, science, dnt, history and literature.. the marks i got back redi. onli malay haven. tomoro then get. so tomoro den i tell u my malay marks and whether i pass it anot. so anyways, guess wat. out of the six subjects excludng malay,, i onli passed english and maths. so bad seh.. science is th worst. since primary sch my sci has always been bad. science i got onli 15 over 40. bad ryt?!?!? i noe!!! so overall i oni get 37.5% :(
for dnt, i got onli 9 over 25 i tink.. yea,, bad ryt?!?!?!? i noe!!!

heylo! i noe i vry long nvr post redi.. so anyways.. last wednesday was my frst band practice. !!! i got my frst choice which is band! yay hooray!! hhahah.. so anyways, we got to noe each othr and made frens with othr band members frst thn th instruments. one or two prsn frm each instrument presented to us their own instrument and played a piece of a song for us to listen to. ya.. so.. aft tht we went arnd trying out the instruments. i tried playing th flute, clarinet, trumpet,horn,drums and the saxophone. i love th saxophone.. it rocks!! so anyways,, at th end of evrythng,, we have to make 3 choices. so my first choice is the horn, second is th saxophone and third is the flute. nxt week we will hav to audition individually i front of th instructor\conductor and make any sound frm th 3 instrument tht we chose. so thn th prsn will see which one we most good n comfortable at and th prsn will allocate the instrument to us. yah.. so eventhough i put horn as my frst choice,, i relli relli hope tht i will get saxophone as my instrument. yah.. so thts about all.. adios!! hello again!!! i know its a little too late to say happy new year but nevermine.. anyways,, i've started school in ngee ann.. yesterday was the first day there. its oklah.. we went for a heritage tour as part of the orientation. its so that we know about our own school's heritage. my class went to the ngee ann kongsi. means ngee ann company. its situated at the heritage hall of the Teochew building. there we look for information lahh... so anyways.. before that we went to a temple in yishun or balestier i forgor redi.. wat i know is that its called "wak hai cheng bio". i think... not that sure.. go there then see see then done. then after going to the teochew building we went to the ngee ann chinese medical treatment centre at somewhere i forgot redi.. so we go there to see what they all do.. and what the ngee ann kongsi has to do about it and stuff... so thats all i think... its kinda boring hheh.. so thats just the first day of the sec one orientation. on monday and tuesday we will be having a camp at changi coast. we sleep there lah of course. until tuesday at 12.30 pm. can't wait.

hiya watsup! its been sooooo damn long since i blogged. ive got soo many damn tings to tell u about which happens quite a long(not tt long lah) time ago. theres the prize-giving day where all the psixes had to perform. aft the whole ting, all the girls cried sia... so the EMO. so anywaes, at first i didnt feel lyk crying. but wen i saw my fren cry,, tears start flowing.. so anywaes,, its wayyyy over and then theres the release of the psle result day. i was so damn nervous but kinda excited too. i was soo damn happy it finally arrived. i felt kinda lucky tt day and tts y i felt very excited. my cousin came over tt day so dey got to see the results. well,, wen i was waiting for my turn.. my heart kept beating very fast.. suspense siaa!!!! im wayy at the back so i had to wait patiently for my turn.. at long last... my turn finally arrived..

hi again! yesterday i went on trip to pasir ris park wif my sch.. its suppose to be a replacement for our grad nite which was canceled since it clashes wif d prizegiving day and cos theres no time to rehearse. so anywaes,, about yesterday,, since my sch is near, all the psixes hav to walk there and walk back oso. okay,, i will not talk about wat happened there but instead i will talk about wat happened wen we were gg home.

i sprained my ankle.

its so painful siaa.. so i had to limp all the way home.. not fair.. hhs.. so the pain has not gone away . im still limping now . i hope it will go away soon.. its difficult for me to rehearse my dance wif d pain n all tt u noe.. my fren ask me to go see doctor . no money . my mum and bro ask me to put ice.. i havent. hehs.. okay so tts all i hav to say about my sprained ankle.. bye! tcare and dont be careless lyk me! look infront wen walking! hehs.. bye!

HI! its been long since i posted! anyways,, i FINALLY get a chance to use the computer. dis is in sch btw.. anywae,, theres alot i wana talk about but i forgot aredi. hehs.. so,, im gonna talk about wats currently happening in my sch and me now. prize giving day is coming so me and the oder psixes are practising an item which is a dance. there are two songs. me and about thirty more psixes are dancing to the two songs. the rest onli do one song. hah. tts all for tt. NOW while im in the com lab wif a few of my clsmates 4rm mt, there is something happening in the hall. all of the prizewinners are there. it so happens to be tt im not a prizewinner. heh. i don care oso. anywae,, them and some teachers are rehearsing how tings will go about during tt day.. my fren is a prize winner. she is best in malay for prelim exam. good for her. since she nvr get first for malay b4. so anywaes, ma oder fren oso prizewinner. she got prize for higher mother tongue. she is so clever!!! so anywaes,, here i am.. in the com lab.. ntg to do.. k bye! hello everyone!!! im in my sch's computer lab!!! its so damn cold!! my jacket lost oso. lucky my fren got bring xtra jacket.. she bring two jacket i oso dono for watt... anywae,, im wearing her new jacket which has stars all over it.. messy but nice. . i tot of buying another jacket since mines lost. hope my mom let.. anywae,, yesterday i nvr sign in coz i lazy.. hehe! its been raining three days in a row sehh! my yng sis oso got fever. oyea and guess wat?!?! u noe she still nursery ryt.. yea so tt time wen going home from sch she went home last coz she slept in cls and no one wake her up and she didnt wake up so in d end her teacher wake her up and she found herself alone in cls. hello everyone! this is my first post and i dont know watt to say actually. today is actually a holiday for me as i dont need to go to sch. since it is psle marking day. sometimes holidays can be boring as there is nothing to do at home. want to go out oso cannot. parents working watt... anywae,, it is oredi d last day of holiday and tomorow start sch . finally!!! i can die of boredom sehhh!!!
